     Film Festival First time in ranchi (Jharkhand ) By Dolphin Dance academy Deoghar Jharkhand International Film Festival Awards (JIFFA) -2018 concluded on a high note with celebrities of national and international repute registering their presence for three days. The first International film fest organised at Khelgaon saw the participation of some popular entertainers from Bollywood, international stars, known faces from television industry including eminent personalities from the State. During the glittering award night function that marked the closing ceremony of this grand event, several celebs were felicitated by JIFFA organising committee members for creating a distinct place in different streams. A prospectus of the University was published and circulated in October, 1905 and it was discussed at a select Meeting held in the Town Hall of Varanasi on the 31st December, 1905 at which a number of distinguished educationists and representatives of the Hindu community of almost every Province at India were present. The meeting appointed a Provisional Committee to give a final shape to the prospectus and to promote the scheme.
